Access Therapy was founded in 2021. Our mission is to provide quality healthcare to recipients of state aid. We work closely with AHCCCS (Medicaid) members and their social workers to create positive outcomes. It is our belief that all people, regardless of socioeconomic background, deserve premium therapeutic services.

Physical Therapy

Our clinical Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is board certified (FSBPT) and licensed by the state of Arizona. Treatment plans include both exercises and hands on techniques. Our plans of care are custom built to help you get back on track and doing the activities you love. Dr. Rich, PT, DPT is certified in Dry Needling and Spinal Manipulation. He has completed fellowship training with the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical therapists (AAOMPT).
